CONFOR: Offline-Client released for Windows 8-tablet computers
The CONFOR-Offline-Client now can be used with Windows 8-tablet computers. Thereby users of the Offline-Client - usually sales force staff - not longer depend on classic notebooks. Now they can alternatively use modern tablet-computers and benefit from advantages like:
- short startup times
- better mobility
- better presentation possibilities
The offline version of the CONFOR configuration system can be used at workstations without network connectivity to a CONFOR server. It can e.g. be provided for customers or used by sales employees who have no network connectivity whilst en route. Both master and configuration data can be synchronized with the network version once a network is available.
